To maintain the integrity of our mobile gaming dashboard, users must be at least 16 years of age. By using our services, you warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into these terms. Access to certain high-performance features or community-driven content cycles may require additional verification in accordance with local German laws.

Service Availability & 5G Optimization

While CreativeVera strives for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Our server infrastructure is primarily optimized for low-latency play on 5G networks within the EU. Performance may vary based on your hardware capabilities and local network congestion. We reserve the right to terminate access for technical maintenance or in response to a shift in EU data regulations without prior notice.

Geographic Limitation

Our digital asset management system is governed by the laws of Berlin, Germany. Residents of countries currently under trade embargoes are prohibited from creating accounts.

Hardware Integrity

CreativeVera applications require official iOS or Android firmware. Use of jailbroken or modified operating systems voids all service guarantees.

Preservation of Creations

Every texture, audio sample, logo, and lines of code within the CreativeVera apps are the exclusive property of CreativeVera or our licensed partners. We grant users a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to access our platform for personal entertainment only.

Reproduction, reverse-engineering, or data mining of our software is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the user's license and potential legal action under German copyright law (Urheberrecht).

User-Generated Conduct

Zero Malicious Intent

The introduction of automated scripts, bots, or any third-party software that grants an unfair advantage in the ecosystem is a breach of these terms.

Content Liability

Users are solely responsible for interactions within community boards or multiplayer spaces. We reserve the right to moderate or delete content that violates EU safety standards.

Technical Respect

Intentionally straining our localized server infrastructure via DDoS or excessive ping-spam is considered a criminal offense in the jurisdiction of Berlin.

LEGAL

Limit of Liability

"To the maximum extent permitted by German law, CreativeVera shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our gaming applications, including but not limited to, data loss or device malfunction due to unauthorized OS modifications."

"Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall be limited to the amount paid by the user to CreativeVera during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim."

Termination Protocol

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately for verified breaches of integrity, suspected illicit activities, or non-payment of digital asset transations.

Governing Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service will be settled in the courts of 10178 Berlin, Germany.
